Reliance Children's Health Center
Reliance Children’s Health Center is a pediatric facility licensed by the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) and dedicated to serving medically fragile and technology-dependent children under the age of 22. As a designated children’s community-based health care center, we provide short-term transitional and respite care in a nurturing, home-like setting for children who are clinically stable yet require ongoing nursing care, therapies, and specialized medical support.
With a focus on personalized attention and a maximum capacity of 12 children, our team is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment that promotes healing, comfort, and continuity of care.
